Browser Issues for Window Users:

Note to Windows XP Users

By default, the Windows XP operating system comes with the Internet Explorer 6 browser without the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) installed.

However, if you install Windows XP over an existing installation of Windows that already has Internet Explorer with a JVM installed, then you should be ok.

If you do not have the JVM, the first time you try to load a Java applet you should be prompted to download the JVM from Microsoft.

If not, you should be able to visit the following site and download the Java Virtual Machine. Click here:  http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/sunjava.html

Steps for Windows XP users with Browser Freezing issues:
  • Step1: Download and Install the Java Virtual Machine - (click here)
  • Step 2: Reboot your machine.
  • Step 3: Follow these instructions to enable Java and Javascript on your computer. (click here)
  • Step 4: If issue still persists see "Disable Browser Based Security".
